About Visionwest

Visionwest Home Healthcare is part of Visionwest Community Trust, one of New Zealand's largest not-for-profit community-based charitable trusts. Home healthcare services are available across North and West Auckland, Waikato, Coromandel, Bay of Plenty, Rotorua, and Taupō.

Services support older adults with age-related needs, people recovering from injury, those managing long-term conditions, and carers needing respite. Personal care, household assistance, and community participation support are available. Care is delivered by trained support workers with registered nurses and care managers providing oversight.

Most services are government-funded through NASC referral. Private care options are also available.
