Unlike traditional agencies, Mycare lets you browse care worker profiles, read reviews, and choose the person who feels like the right fit — then contract with them directly.

Support available through Mycare includes personal care, household assistance, meal preparation, companionship, transportation, live-in support, and respite care. Every care worker on the platform is police-vetted and eligible to work legally in New Zealand.

Mycare handles bookings, scheduling, and payments through its online platform. A small service fee applies. Available nationwide.
