About RDNS
RDNS New Zealand (Royal District Nursing Service) is a not-for-profit home and community health provider established in Auckland in 2009, with 600 staff supporting approximately 2,500 clients across Northland, Auckland, Bay of Plenty, Waikato, Canterbury, Otago, and Southland.
Services include personal care, household assistance, meal preparation, and nursing support. All care begins with a clinical assessment by a registered nurse or occupational therapist, who develops a care plan in partnership with the client and their whānau. Support workers then deliver care with ongoing clinical oversight.
Government-funded services are available subject to eligibility assessment. Services are available seven days a week, 7am–7pm.
