Abode is a private home care provider operating across Auckland and Christchurch. Every client is assessed by a registered nurse who creates and oversees an individual care plan, with support delivered by trained caregivers matched carefully to each client's needs and personality.

Services include personal care, companionship, household assistance, post-operative recovery, dementia and Alzheimer's care, palliative care, and overnight support. Care can be arranged from short pop-in visits through to full-time live-in support. All services are privately funded.

Abode places particular emphasis on caregiver consistency and compatibility — aiming to introduce the matched caregiver before care begins where possible.
